We can't wait to see you in the Caesars Superdome! Before you arrive there are a few things to remember.

Mobile Tickets
The Allstate Sugar Bowl will feature 100% mobile tickets and parking passes. This creates a safer, contactless ticketing experience for our fans. It also allows for increased flexibility and efficiency. Your mobile tickets and/or parking passes can be downloaded to your phone, or transferred to your guests, by logging into your Ticketmaster account via the Sugar Bowl mobile app.

You will need to present your ticket(s) on a mobile phone in order to gain entry to Caesars Superdome grounds, including the outdoor plaza and Champions Square for Allstate Sugar Bowl Tailgate Town. Please have your tickets open and ready to scan prior to approaching any entrance. Each ticket can be scanned individually, or you may present all of  your group's tickets on one mobile phone. You may access Superdome grounds at any of the outdoor entry points. Once you are ready to enter into the building, proceed to the gate listed on your mobile ticket. Once your ticket is scanned, you will not be able to exit the grounds and re-enter.

Game Day Entry Changes
Due to ongoing construction in and around the Caesars Superdome, your ticket will be scanned on the ramps and stairs coming from the Superdome Parking Garages, the Ramp on Poydras, Champions Square & the back stairwell from Girod Street. We invite you to use the exterior concourse throughout the game. Additional concessions, restrooms and merchandise booths will be located outside the Superdome. This will help navigate the narrow concourses inside the building.
 
Remember to enter the Caesars Superdome at the Gate listed on your ticket. Your ticket can be scanned at any Exterior Concourse Entrance.

Game Day Parking
Parking in the Superdome garages and surrounding areas is available for purchase through ParkWhiz.com. Superdome garages will open at 7 a.m. on game day.

The Caesars Superdome is a cashless venue.
All parking, concessions and merchandise must be purchased with a credit or debit card. Visa Cards are sold at Guest Services locations on every level at Gates A, C & G. Any remaining balance on the card can be used at locations where debit payments are accepted.
