Keep the celebration going after the official Allstate Sugar Bowl New Year's Parade presented by Louisiana Tourism (French Quarter, 2 p.m.) with an after-party on the Audubon Aquarium Plaza (1 Canal St, New Orleans, see below map for entry details). The family-friendly Allstate Sugar Bowl Fest will feature live music, a ferris wheel, New Orleans style food and drink for purchase, an official Sugar Bowl merchandise shop, and much more! The party will begin after the parade ends (gates open at 3 p.m.).

Bag Policy
To provide a safe environment for the public, the Allstate Sugar Bowl Fest will implement a bag policy. All bags will be subject to screening prior to entry into the event. While the bags do not need to be clear, the following types of bags are prohibited:

Luggage of any kind
Briefcases
Coolers

Exceptions to this policy may be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.

Parking
There are numerous public parking lots around the plaza with varying rates. Each require a short walk to the entrance of the Fest. Keep in mind the New Year's Parade will cause significant traffic slowdowns in the area. ParkWhiz provides options for purchasing parking in advance.
