Allstate Sugar Bowl Seating Diagram
The Sugar Bowl® Committee owns and controls all rights to seat locations for all Sugar Bowl® events. Patrons purchasing though the Sugar Bowl® Ticket Office and/or Ticketmaster receive the opportunity to use the seat location designated by the ticket purchased. However, the Sugar Bowl® Committee, in its sole and absolute discretion, may revoke this right at any time by refunding the purchase price printed on the ticket. The privilege is granted on a game-by-game basis, and is subject to rules, obligations and policies relating to tickets as established from time to time by the Sugar Bowl® Committee. Accounts are limited to one per household, and there is an overall 10 ticket limit per person, address, credit card, IP address, household, etc. Verification of identity and contact information may be required. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests or sweepstakes), or other trade or commercial purposes without the expressed written consent of the Allstate Sugar Bowl.

How do I get annual Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets?
Complete our annual ticket interest form to be contacted about annual tickets for future games. Each $50 deposit secures one (1) seat. Any funds paid as a deposit will be applied to the total due when seats are selected. Seat selection will occur in the summer after current annual ticket holder renewal and upgrade periods, in the order purchased. When will we find out the match-up for the Allstate Sugar Bowl?
The match-up for the Allstate Sugar Bowl will be determined by the College Football Playoff Selection Committee. The committee will rank the top teams in the country with the top teams in the final ranking being matched up in Playoff games (to be announced on Sunday, December 7). First round games (No. 5 vs. No. 12, No. 6 vs. No. 11, No. 7 vs. No. 10, and No. 8 vs. No. 9) of the expanded playoff will take place at either the home field of the higher-seeded team or at another site designated by the higher-seeded institution. The winners of the first-round games will then play the top four seeds in Playoff Quarterfinals (at the Sugar Bowl, Rose Bowl, Cotton Bowl, and Orange Bowl).

Are official Allstate Sugar Bowl tickets mobile?
The Allstate Sugar Bowl is 100% mobile for all tickets, including party tickets and parking passes. Mobile tickets should be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or transferred to your guests, by logging into your Ticketmaster account via the Sugar Bowl mobile app. Apple App Store | Android Apps on Google Play
You will need to present your ticket(s) on a mobile phone to gain entry to the stadium (screenshots will not work). Please make sure your tickets are pulled up on your phone prior to entering the Superdome grounds. Each ticket can be displayed on an individual phone or all tickets in your group may be presented on one mobile phone. Tickets saved to your digital Wallet may not show a barcode.

The North End Zone Club combines the very best in sight lines and socializing. It is the only area of the stadium that is inclusive of beer, wine, soft drinks, water and snacks. Does my child need a ticket?
Every individual attending the Allstate Sugar Bowl must have a ticket, regardless of age.
Which team is home and which is away? And which side of the stadium are they on?
The home and away designations for the Allstate Sugar Bowl will be determined after team selections.
How do I manage my mobile tickets?
Your tickets must be downloaded to a mobile device for entry to the Caesars Superdome. There will not be any printed ticket options. Guests can log into their account via the Sugar Bowl Mobile App to access their order and present the ticket barcode at the gates. Screenshots will not work.

Allstate Sugar Bowl Mobile Ticketing Guide
I purchased tickets from someone online and I have not received them.
Check your junk mail for an email regarding your ticket transfer. If you have not received a transfer email, you should contact the website or person from whom you purchased the tickets. You will need to accept the transfer before the tickets will show up in your account.
My friends are meeting me at the game, but we will be arriving at different times. Do you accept third party will call?
All tickets for the Allstate Sugar Bowl are mobile. You will need to access your tickets with your phone and transfer them to your friends as will call services will not be available.
I need accessible (ADA) seating for the game. How do I purchase these seats?
ADA seating for the Allstate Sugar Bowl is available at the time of purchase through Ticketmaster online. For gameday exchanges, please visit Guest Services at Gate F on the Plaza Level at the Superdome after your ticket is scanned.
How can I buy official Sugar Bowl merchandise for this year's game?
The Allstate Sugar Bowl online store, the exclusive online source for officially licensed Sugar Bowl merchandise and apparel, is open and accessible. Merchandise will also be available at Sugar Bowl retail outlets located inside selected downtown hotels and the Sugar Bowl Superstore at Harrah's New Orleans the week of the game. On game day, official Sugar Bowl merchandise will also be sold inside Allstate Sugar Bowl NewOrleans.com Tailgate Town and the Caesars Superdome.
I would like to pre-pay for parking. Where can I do that?
Parking in the Superdome garages will be available on game day, on a first come, first served basis. Credit and debit cards are accepted; no cash. You can prepay for parking in the Superdome area by visiting Park Whiz.
