Livingston, a 6-3 sophomore guard for Newman, was named the Sugar Bowl Athlete of the Month for March of 1991. He led the Greenies to their first AA state championship since the late 1970s. In three playoff games, he scored 125 points, had 35 rebounds, and 21 assists.
