The Manning Futures program, presented by the Allstate Sugar Bowl, recognizes outstanding high school quarterbacks throughout the season. The program is an extension of the Manning Award, which honors the top quarterback in college football.

The recognition is called "Futures" because these high school stars are potential future candidates for the Manning Award, which the Allstate Sugar Bowl created in 2004 to honor the college football accomplishments of Archie, Peyton and Eli Manning. The award recognizes the nation's top collegiate quarterback each year.

Since the Futures program began in 2020, the Sugar Bowl has recognized 146 quarterbacks representing 59 different high schools.
