Tickets for 88th Annual Allstate Sugar Bowl Now On Sale
NEW ORLEANS (September 30, 2021) – A limited number of tickets for the 88th annual Allstate Sugar Bowl (Saturday, January 1, 7:45 p.m., Superdome) went on sale to the general public on Friday, October 1. Fans may purchase tickets by visiting Ticketmaster online. This is the ONLY way to purchase Allstate Sugar Bowl tickets straight from the source.
All tickets for the 2022 Allstate Sugar Bowl will be mobile tickets. Detailed information about mobile tickets and a mobile ticket help center are available at www.AllstateSugarBowl.org.

Teams for the 2022 Allstate Sugar Bowl will be announced on Sunday, December 5 via an ESPN national telecast. The Allstate Sugar Bowl will host the champions of the Big 12 Conference and the SEC unless either or both of those champions are selected for the College Football Playoff. If either of the champions do qualify for the playoff, another highly-ranked representative from the conference(s) will play in the Allstate Sugar Bowl.
Other activities during the week of the Allstate Sugar Bowl will include the Allstate Sugar Bowl New Year’s Eve Parade and the Allstate Sugar Bowl Tailgate Town. The New Year’s Eve Parade is a Mardi Gras-style parade with floats, bands and other participants scheduled for the afternoon of December 31 in the French Quarter. Tailgate Town is a Game Day party located in Champions Square at the Caesars Superdome featuring local New Orleans bands and interactive events.
The Allstate Sugar Bowl has established itself as one of the premier college football bowl games, having hosted 28 national champions, 99 Hall of Fame players, 51 Hall of Fame coaches and 19 Heisman Trophy winners in its 87-year history. The 88th Allstate Sugar Bowl Football Classic, which will feature top teams from the Big 12 and the SEC, is scheduled to be played on January 1, 2022. In addition to football, the Sugar Bowl Committee annually invests over $1 million into the community through the hosting and sponsorship of sporting events, awards, scholarships and clinics. Through these efforts, the organization supports and honors thousands of student-athletes each year, while injecting over $2.7 billion into the local economy in the last decade.
