Which team is home and which is away? And which side of the stadium are they on?
For the 2017 Allstate Sugar Bowl, the Big 12 representative will occupy the home bench on the West Sideline of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome while the SEC representative will occupy the visitor bench on the East Sideline. The conferences alternate home and visitor designations annually.

When will Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets be shipped to fans?
Tickets are usually delivered the Friday before Thanksgiving (November 18, 2016) via FedEx; a signature will be required for delivery.

I purchased tickets from someone online and I have not received them. Can you reprint them for me?
We are unable to reprint tickets.

My friends are meeting me at the game, but we will be arriving at different times. Do you accept third party will call?
Yes. The Sugar Bowl ticket office will open at Gate A Ground Level at noon on game day. The Bowl will not be liable for lost tickets or unclaimed tickets.

I need accessible (ADA) seating for the game. How do I purchase these seats?
ADA seating for the Allstate Sugar Bowl is available through Ticketmaster (800.745.3000). Be sure to specify your needs.

Who gets the seats that are not made available to the public?

Each school receives an allotment of 15,000 tickets for the Allstate Sugar Bowl. Additionally, Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets are allotted to the Big 12 and the SEC, the College Football Playoff group, the television network and an array of corporate sponsors and partners. Once these are designated, any remaining seats are made available first to individuals on our mailing list and then to the public at large.

Where can I inquire about using a suite for the game?
The suites are managed by the New Orleans Saints. You may contact the Saints Suite office by emailing Robert Minter for further information. THIS EMAIL IS FOR SUITE SALES ONLY. For game tickets, call Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000.

I would like to pre-pay for parking. Where can I do that?
Parking in the Superdome garages is $25, cash only, upon entry on game day, on a first come, first served basis. The garages will open at 2:30pm.
