Allstate® Fan Fest

The Allstate® Fan Fest is back for its 11th year to once again serve as the backdrop for pre-game events and celebrations leading up to the 2017 Allstate® Sugar Bowl®. As college football fans descend on New Orleans to see a premiere college football bowl games, the Crescent City will come alive with a mix of interactive activities, highlighted by free New Year's Eve performances featuring David Garibaldi, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Panic! at the Disco and Jason Derulo.

Saturday, December 31: 12 p.m.-12 a.m.
6 p.m.: David Garibaldi
7:15 p.m.: Preservation Hall Jazz Band
9 p.m.: Panic! at the Disco
10:45 p.m.: Jason Derulo
Sunday, January 1: 12-6 p.m.

Allstate® Fan Fest will also feature football-themed activities, including an opportunity to kick a field goal into the iconic Allstate "Good Hands®" Field Goal Net, as well as high-energy pep rallies featuring marching bands, mascots and cheerleaders from the participating schools. In addition, the Allstate Combine will give fans an opportunity to participate in football-related drills leading up to the big game.

In addition to celebrating the events that take place on the field, Allstate will help shine a spotlight on the good deeds that take place off the field. Members of the 2016 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team®, one of the most prestigious community service awards in college sports, will be recognized during halftime of the 2017 Allstate® Sugar Bowl®.  For the ninth year, Allstate and members of the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team® will give back to the local community by hosting a special youth football clinic.

The Allstate® Fan Fest is free to the public and open from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Saturday, December 31, and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, January 1. Fan Fest is located at Jackson Square in the Jax Brewery parking lot off Decatur Street.

Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2017

As an added bonus this year, "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2017" continues its expansion of the iconic annual New Year's Eve tradition with coverage from New Orleans, Louisiana in its first-ever Central Time Zone countdown. The live segments will include exclusive performances by Panic! at the Disco and Jason Derullo from the Allstate® Fan Fest, where New Orleans locals and tourists gather annually to celebrate the New Year and usher in the annual Allstate® Sugar Bowl®.

Previous headliners for the Allstate® Fan Fest include Usher, Imagine Dragons, Train, Fitz and the Tantrums, O.A.R, FUN., Huey Lewis & the News, Cee-Lo Green, Kelly Clarkson, the Neville Brothers and New Orleans-own Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue. Other past performers include Blues Traveler, Darius Rucker, Eddie Money, Gin Blossoms, Lady Antebellum and Lifehouse.
