The Science of Sport is a non-profit foundation dedicated to developing curriculum and programming that promotes Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Their programs are designed to bring math and science to life through hands-on learning by providing engaging programs for students and teachers.
The Science of Sport has developed football related lesson plans that provide a mechanism for elementary and middle school students to improve their academic performance. Their goal is to translate the love of football into an appreciation, understanding, and passion of the science and mathematics underlying the sport.
