The Sugar Bowl Committee owns and controls all rights to seat locations for all Sugar Bowl events. Patrons purchasing though the Sugar Bowl Ticket Office and/or Ticketmaster receive the opportunity to use the seat location designated by the ticket purchased. However, the Sugar Bowl Committee, in its sole and absolute discretion, may revoke this right at any time by refunding the purchase price printed on the ticket. The privilege is granted on a game-by-game basis, and is subject to rules, obligations and policies relating to tickets as established from time to time by the Sugar Bowl Committee. Accounts are limited to one per household, and there is an overall 20 ticket limit per person, address, credit card, IP address, household, etc. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests or sweepstakes), or other trade or commercial purposes without the expressed written consent of the Allstate Sugar Bowl.

Is there an official secondary market provider for official Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets?
The Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange platform is the only official, safe way to access tickets via the secondary market as the bowl is unable to verify the validity of tickets purchased from other third-party sources.
Which team is home and which is away? And which side of the stadium are they on?
For the 2018 College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Allstate Sugar Bowl, the higher-seeded team will be the home team and will occupy the home bench on the West Sideline of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome while the lower-seeded team will occupy the visitor bench on the East Sideline. In non-semifinal years, the Big 12 and the SEC will alternate home and visitor designations annually (the Big 12 was the home team for the last Sugar Bowl, meaning the SEC will be the home team for the January 1, 2019 game).
When will Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets be shipped to fans?
Tickets are usually delivered just before Thanksgiving via FedEx; a signature will be required for delivery.
I purchased tickets from someone online and I have not received them. Can you reprint them for me?
We are unable to reprint tickets.
My friends are meeting me at the game, but we will be arriving at different times. Do you accept third party will call?
Yes. The Sugar Bowl ticket office will open at Gate A Ground Level at noon on game day. The Bowl will not be liable for lost tickets or unclaimed tickets.
I need accessible (ADA) seating for the game. How do I purchase these seats?
ADA seating for the Allstate Sugar Bowl is available through Ticketmaster (800.745.3000). Be sure to specify your needs.
Who gets the seats that are not made available to the public?
Each school receives an allotment of 12,500 tickets for this year’s Allstate Sugar Bowl. Additionally, Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets are allotted to the participating conferences, the College Football Playoff group, the television network and an array of corporate sponsors and partners. Once these were designated, any remaining seats were made available first to individuals on our mailing list and then to the public at large.
Where can I inquire about using a suite for the game?

I would like to pre-pay for parking. Where can I do that?
Parking in the Superdome garages is $25, cash only, upon entry on game day, on a first come, first served basis. The garages will open at 2:30pm.
