When are Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets shipped to fans? Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets are shipped the week before Thanksgiving via Federal Express with a signature required. A tracking number is emailed for each order before they are shipped.
Which team is home and which is away? And which side of the stadium are they on? For the 2010 Allstate Sugar Bowl, Florida was the home team and Cincinnati was the away team. Florida occupied the west bench and Cincinnati had the east bench. The home and away teams for the 2011 Allstate Sugar Bowl will be designated after Selection Sunday (Dec. 5, 2010).

Who gets the seats that are not made available to the public? Each school receives an allotment of 17,500 tickets for the Allstate Sugar Bowl. Additionally, Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets are allotted to participating conferences, the BCS, the television network and an array of corporate sponsors and partners. Once these are designated, any remaining seats are made available first to individuals on our mailing list and then to the public at large.

Why am I limited to the number of Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets I can purchase? We try to allow as many people as possible the opportunity to purchase tickets to the game. To do so, we limit the number of tickets each person may purchase.
I am interested in bringing a group to the game. Do you offer group discounts? We do not offer group discounts but we do have a corporate hospitality program incorporating tickets and various hospitality components.
I purchased tickets from a third party (ticket broker, friend, ebay, etc.). Can you tell me if they are authentic? Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the validity of tickets purchased from a third party source. Your best bet is to know the original ticket purchaser. They are the only ones who may request a reprint.
I purchased tickets from someone online and I have not received them. Can you reprint them for me? We cannot reprint tickets for anyone except the original ticket purchaser. They must verify information contained within their account and we must have a request in writing before reprints can be issued. All reprints must be picked up at Will Call on game day.
My friends are meeting me at the game, but we will be arriving at different times. Do you accept third party will call? Yes. However, the Bowl will not be liable for lost tickets or unclaimed tickets.
I would like to pre-pay for parking. Where can I do that? Superdome parking is sold on a first come, first served basis. There is no prepaid parking.
I need accessible (ADA) seating for the game. How do I purchase these seats? Please call Ticketmaster at 504.522.5555 to purchase these tickets. If purchasing directly from the participating schools, be sure to specify your needs during that process.
I purchased Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets last year through Ticketmaster. Do I get those same tickets this year? No. We do not presently offer renewable tickets. Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets must be purchased each year through Ticketmaster.
How do I get renewable Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets? We do not offer a renewable season ticket program at this time.
Are there multi-year packages available? We will not be offering any multi-year packages this year. If it is decided to offer packages in the future, a notice will be sent to those on our mailing list.
